Introduction

This page contains information about the CARES Packet Operations and Processes. Packet Radio is a particular digital mode of amateur radio communications that mirrors computer telecommunications. CARES, and other emergency communicators, use Packet Radio as an efficient means to send complex messages including forms, lists, spreadsheets, and other data. .
