In February 2006, CARES released Version 4.0 of the CARES Standard Operations Procedures. This revision included several changes and additions to how CARES will respond during a disaster. In 2007, an updated Section 4 (v 4.3) was added to address several procedural changes that CARES has adopted, and Section 6 (v4.4) to reflect ISA data roll-up forms.
The SOP is divided into Seven Parts with supporting details listed in sections. All parts are available for viewing or download here (right-click on a file name, then "Save Target As..." to select a location on your computer). For an overview, see a summary of each Part here:
